From there, we research the landscape and narrow the options to a small, well-reasoned set — usually two or three best-fit choices. You make the final decision, and we introduce you to the vendors who handle implementation with your team.
Our work follows a defined advisory process rather than hourly time. Vendors compensate us after a decision is made — similar to how a buyer’s agent is paid in real estate — but our role and advice remain independent and business-first.
